Please note bridge transactions are not instant, please wait up to 2 hours for the transaction to complete. Make sure you add youw own wallet address to the receiving address(destination address) box as many people make a mistake and use the tokens contract address instead. If possible, please ensure you have added the token correctly to your wallet and confirm the transfer to the new wallet using a blockexplorer like www.bscscan.com. If the tokens have not appeared after the 2 hours, please send in a support ticket with the following information.

Sending wallet, receiving wallet, tx hash, network chain, token and amount so we can investigate.
