I clicked approve but I did not receive an allocation/How to buy my allocation once the IDO is live?

Once opened, IDO pools for most of our platforms require 2 successful transactions to secure participation: APPROVE and JOIN POOL( ETHPad only 1 transaction required - Join pool). Only approving does not secure your allocation. Tokens successfully bought during the IDO will show under the 'Swapped' header on the project page and will be claimable from the 'YOUR ALLOCATION' tab once it has been announced, usually around the DEX listing time as per the vesting schedule.
